Heyer Consulting Group, LLC ("HCG") runs ListLoft AI. This page explains what information is collected and how it's used.

The setup wizard

• When you create your free account (the last step), your name, business email, phone, brokerage, licensed states, market, the names of the tools you use (CRM, MLS), your assistant's name, your license ID and any referral code are sent to HCG and saved in our customer-management system (HubSpot). We use them to support your setup and your account.
• Everything else (your other answers, logos and any contacts you load) stays in your browser. It isn't sent to HCG. It leaves your browser only inside the kit you choose to download, which is saved on your own computer.
• If you arrive through a member's referral link, its code is saved in your browser and added to your booking link so the member can be credited.
• You can clear them at any time with "Start over" in the wizard or by clearing your browser's site data.

This website

• The free-account step is this site's only sign-up. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
• Our website host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, to run and secure the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts are fetched.

When you contact or book with us

• If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and answers to the booking questions, and the meeting runs on Zoom. We use this to prepare for and follow up on your call.
• If you buy a plan, Stripe handles your payment. HCG never sees or stores your full card number.
• We keep a record of prospects and customers (name, email, phone, company, notes about your plan) in our customer-management system to support your account.
• We don't sell your personal information.
