Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime from your billing page or by emailing stephon@listloftai.com.
• Your plan stays active through the end of the period you've paid for. We don't charge you again after you cancel.
• We don't give partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.

Setup fees

• Full refund if you cancel before your setup session takes place.
• Once setup work has started, the setup fee isn't refundable.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error, email us within 30 days and we'll fix it.
