ListLoft AI is a product of Heyer Consulting Group, LLC ("HCG", "we"). These terms cover this website, the free ListLoft AI setup wizard and the kit it creates.

Using the website and the free wizard

• The setup wizard is free to use. What you enter stays in your own browser; we don't receive it unless you choose to send it to us.
• The kit you download is licensed to you personally under the ListLoft AI License Terms shown in the wizard before download (also included as LICENSE.md in every kit). It's for your own real estate business only, and you may not share, resell or copy it for others.
• The dashboard in your kit works as a preview until you receive a personal key after a plan review.

Paid plans

Plans and pricing are explained on your plan review call before you commit. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; see the Refund Policy.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for following real estate license law, your brokerage's policies, advertising and fair housing rules, Do Not Call and texting-consent laws, and privacy laws. ListLoft AI is not legal advice, and you should review everything AI drafts before it's sent, posted or signed. You're responsible for your own accounts with other services (your CRM, email, MLS, Zoom, Calendly, Canva, Claude and others) and their terms.

No warranty and limited liability

The website, wizard and kit are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, HCG isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. HCG's total liability is limited to the amount you paid HCG in the 3 months before the claim.

Names and trademarks

ListLoft AI and its logo belong to Heyer Consulting Group, LLC. Other product names mentioned on this site belong to their owners. ListLoft AI isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
